Space Lift offers a comprehensive range of modern and period furniture, homewares, decorative items, bed linen and designer accessories to give your property the “Wow” factor. You may only need a few key pieces to compliment your existing furniture, or Space Lift can assist in creating a stylish new look.

Another area where Space Lift can assist is when a vacant or empty property is listed for sale. In these situations, many of the property’s less desirable features are exposed and potential buyers struggle to imagine themselves in a property which lacks any charm or ambience. Where a home will be vacant at the time of sale, furnishing and accessories will not only create a warmer and more inviting  feel, they will allow buyers to better visualize the possible use of the spaces and where their own furnishings will be placed.

Agents will also respond better to a furnished property as their experience suggests unfurnished properties are much more difficult to sell. Whether it is the complete display home look or just a few special pieces to give your property the look – Space Lift can assist.

Space Lift takes the worry out of hiring by fully installing the furnishing and accessories to achieve the desired look. Installation, which usually takes around 1 full day and de-installation  of around half a day, is included within the hire charges.

Space Lift’s preferred carriers deliver everything to the property address and pick everything up again at the end of the hire period. For the property owners, while this is completely trouble free, the removal costs are paid for by the property owners.

As each property is different and the furnishing and accessory needs vary accordingly, Space Lift arranges to visit the property and speak with the owner to determine which pieces will best suit the property. After this, Space Lift will provide a no obligation free quote for your approval which include and estimation of the delivery and pick-up fee.

If hiring is agreed, a hire contract is provided which sets out the basic terms and conditions – the key ones being that the hire period must be a minimum of four weeks and payments are to be in advance during the hire period. Space Lift does not hire certain items including soft furnishings and linen if a house is being lived in during the hire period.
