Home Sellers
Space Lift offers home sellers two basic advice packages:
- An On-site Consultation and Personal Briefing
This service involves a detailed on-site review of the property which usually lasts 2-3 hours. Property owners accompany Space Lift throughout the property at which time we will discuss with you our ideas and suggestions to improve the chances of sale, tips for staging the home, creative solutions to problems discussed, budget priorities and savings identified, recommendations for furniture layout and accessorising established, advice about de-cluttering and economical action plans for repairs or maintenance. Photographs of the property may be taken should the owners at the end of the consultation require a written report to be provided.
- An On-site Consultation and Written Report
This is a more in-depth service and involves photographing each part of your house and preparing a detailed assessment of every internal and external space and the best ways to maximise your sale price for the least cost. This service includes the preparation of a detailed Home Staging Action Plan which itemizes, space or room by room the full list of recommendations and priorities taking account of the owners stated budget. The report covers a wide range of issues including allocation of rooms, essential renovations or repairs, furniture layout, decoration, accessories and much more.
Home Stayers
In addition to the above services Space Lift regularly assist clients wishing to stay in their property. The visualization skills which are practiced every day by Space Lift are utilized to help a client identify the optimum use of spaces and achieve a desirable layout which is both practical and appealing. This highly customerised service may involve a range of issues including the most functional design for areas like kitchens and bathrooms and the most appropriate appliances and fittings. on the market. The aim of this process is to adhere to the principles of home staging while integrating the tastes and possessions of the owner to ensure a comfortable living space with the added benefit of increasing the value of the property should it go on the market.
Home Renovators
Space Lift regularly provides advice to home owners in relation to renovations, be it getting the property ready for sale or simply for enjoyment. We bring many years of experience in undertaking major renovations to Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco, 1950s, and 1970s homes. Many of these properties or renovations have been featured in books, magazines and national and local property features.
In addition Space Lift can assist with identification of local suitable suppliers and tradespeople and will co-ordinate and project mange renovations in readiness for property sale.
